What does a typical day of a spud worker look like?

Operating 7 days a week, some of your duties may include:

​

• Restocking and cleaning mobile food trucks ready for operation

• Preparing ingredients for service

• Serving customers on our point of sale providing exceptional customer service

• Cooking up a storm and preparing meals in the mobile kitchen to members of the community or private hire events

• Collecting stock when required from our fabulous suppliers

• Clean down of equipment and decommissioning of the food truck at end of each service.
